In 2006 the State of California was looking for a way to sell their California State Parks Passes and customized State Parks apparel and souvenirs.  As part of a project with a Sacramento based non-profit, we were able to negotiate a mutually beneficial contract and begin the construction of an enterprise level Ecommerce website that not only sold park passes on a national basis, but also sourced and sold wholesale products to non profit volunteer groups within the Parks system.

Due to previous Ecommerce problems California State agencies have had, the contract requirements of this project were rigorous.  Our staff had to source security components and design server architecture to ensure that all contract requirements were met or exceeded.

With our expert knowledge our staff oversaw the daily operations of store.parks.ca.gov, warehouse operations (including those listed at https://kljconsultingaz.com/loading-dock-repair/), inventory control and wholesale customer relationships.  This year, in its 8th year of operation, the Official California State Parks Store has grown to sell over $1 million of products and park passes annually and receives in excess of a quarter million unique hits per month.

Considered one of our flagship websites this unique .gov property has grown and prospered much like our own company.
