November is here already and with Thanksgiving coming up, it reminds us of how giving can be so meaningful and rewarding.  As a small business owner, my business is my life and my life is my business.  What does that mean?  I have a passion for what I do.

Giving has always been a way for us to help others.  It also allows for a pathway for others to help us.  We have often talked about the importance of relationship building as part of customer service.  Being kind AND smart – That’s good for business.

Of course, this goes hand-in-hand in competency for the field you are in.  Good quality service and top rated products are essential.  When we are talking about the human element though, it’s more of an art than a science.  Leading with a good head and a good heart is not only a good business strategy – it’s a way of life.
