For small business owners, there are many challenges. The hours can be varied and long, the income may or may not be steady, and often you find that it’s either just you or a small group of people who have to do the work. Often you are the one responsible for the quality of products delivered or services rendered throughout the entire process. When dealing with social media platforms, you are the one blogging, posting on Twitter, Facebook, or Linked In, because you are the one responsible for revenue generation and for general branding.
Several benefits for small business owners are the FREEDOM and INDEPENDENCE you have in running your own business. You make the critical decisions and you do the problem solving but ultimately, you create your own destiny. In light of the upcoming holiday where so many of our troops fight for the independence we have today, let us also celebrate the independence we have as small business owners. We worked hard for it and we continue to do so.
