Everyone loves a good story, no matter how old you are.  We are taught lessons from a very early age through storytelling.  It captivates our imagination and draws our attention to the ups and downs of the characters in your story.  When running a business, often the same strategies work.  When telling the story of how your business began, it captivates the listener to get to know you and invite them to get to know who you are and what products and services you offer.  When they trust you, they will do business with you.  People also want to know how you chose the name of your business.  Tell them.  Share your story with them.   When did your business begin and why did you chose this field?  What do you want to see in the future for your business?  Get input from others you trust because it will help you grow.  Having insight lets your story continue on.  When you meet someone new and you are not sure how to begin, start with a story.  It’s a great way to open a conversation up and show the characteristic of who you are.
